VW Arteon is the brand’s flagship and gets the automaker’s newest infotainment technology, a new face & premium audio too.
It also has active driver-assistance features, wireless smartphone compatibility and ambient lighting inside.
The new Arteon gets an updated face, with continuos LED light bar and revised intakes. The bumper too gets a new design. Under the hood is the familiar 2.0-litre turbocharged 4-cylinder engine that pumps out 268 HP and 350 Nm of torque, mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission. Front-wheel drive is standard, while all-wheel drive is available in SEL and standard on SEL premium.
Not much has changed at the rear.
On the inside, Arteon gets VW’s updated infotainment system with faster hardware and an 8.0-inch touchscreen. It also supports wireless Apple CarPlay & Android Auto connectivity.
Sound is delivered through Harman Kardon system with 12 speakers and 700 watts of output.
Ambient lighting gets has 30 shades.
